You can also make changes to the content after delivery, but before publishing. The content is given in Word format, and you retain the rights.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We aim to address all concerns, but:

• Refunds are not issued for minor errors, client delays, or low word count.
• Refunds will not be given if the client hasn’t raised concerns or added new requirements after the order.
• Tips provided are non-refundable.
• If you want a refund before work starts, you must request it within one business day. After work starts, refunds are partial if you’ve used at least three revisions.

We strive for on-time delivery. If we miss a deadline and you’ve contacted us at least three times, you may get a 50% refund if you provide proof of our fault.

We work to ensure high-quality delivery. Refunds are accepted only after three revisions and documented concerns within two weeks. Communication should be through our project management tools, email, or phone.

All content on our site is gulfpublisher.com property. You cannot use, alter, or distribute it without our written permission.

When using our services, you must:
